DiagnoSYS Announces the Appointment of
Trevor Harrison and Jerry Wooding as
Independent Non-executive Directors
PETERSFIELD, Hampshire (UK) January 29, 2007 - With DiagnoSYS now well established as a specialist
provider of test solutions for complex printed circuit boards, it is poised to push into new markets and to build on the
growth potential inherent in existing markets. The appointment of Trevor Harrison and Jerry Wooding will strengthen further
DiagnoSYS's ability to increase market share in the military, transportation and industrial sectors particularly in Europe,
the USA and the Middle East.
Trevor, formerly CFO and General Manager, Planning with ICI plc, has many years experience as
an independent director in growing small and mid-sized companies, mainly in the software and service sectors. He is currently
Chairman of Chelsea Building Society and Chairman of the Advisory Board at L.E.K. Consulting, the international business and
strategic consultancy.
Jerry has over 40 years experience in the aviation, transportation & technology sectors primarily with BAE where he held
numerous senior business development functions culminating in the position of Regional Managing Director, BAE Systems International
Sales and Marketing Organization. Currently, Jerry represents and advises a number of large international high technology clients
in the defense, aviation and transport sectors in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
