Holiday Party & Concert
At the Belmar Arts Council
Belmar, NJ, December 16, 2008 - Looking for a fun way to celebrate the season, and stay on your budget? Join the Belmar Arts Council this Saturday, December 20, for a holiday get-together pot-luck buffet, good cheer and music at the Boatworks, 608 River Road in Belmar! The live music, featuring vocals and keyboards by Tim McCorry, will start at 8 pm, but bring a contribution to the pot luck smorgasbord starting at 6:00. Current BAC members and all friends of the Arts Council are welcome. Bring along a wrapped gift (valued at $10, tops!) and take part in the gift exchange. You can even do last minute holiday shopping in the "Small Treasures" gallery, where you can find artwork, crafts and gifts, with nothing over $75.
This program is made possible in part by the Monmouth County Arts Council through funding from the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders, through the County Historical Commission, and the New Jersey Stats Council on the Arts/Department of State a Partner Agency of the National Endowment of the Arts.

The Belmar Arts Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to making Belmar a better place to live through the arts.
The Belmar Arts Council provides opportunities for our children, residents and visitors to experience and participate in artistic activities by nurturing and maintaining an atmosphere in which art and artists can thrive in our community.
We provide a twelve-month voice for the arts in our community and schools by promoting events of interest for residents and visitors.
