Belmar Arts Council Presents:
Live at The Boatworks
Summer Solstice Celebration

Belmar, NJ, June 10, 2008 - The Belmar Arts Council proudly presents vocalist Shanna Nolan as the next artist in its Live at the BoatWorks music performance series, Saturday evening June 21, 2008 at 8 pm. Doors will open at 7:30 pm and admission is $10.00. Shanna is a Belmar native who, like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, has come home after performing all over the world and the high seas as well! She is a graduate of the Westminster Choir College, Princeton, NJ, where she studied voice and dance. Her credits are astonishing for a young artist. Shanna has performed musical theater and classical works in South Africa, New York and New Jersey and has sung at both Lincoln Center and the NJ Performing Arts Center. Shannon will be performing her own compositions as well as those of other artists. She sings with 'amazing grace', passion and poise. Don't miss this show.

We are delighted that Espresso Mio, will once again be serving refreshments. Please visit their café at 1005 ˝ Main St., one block north from Belmar Elementary School.

Due to the high level of interest in this show (and limited seating), advance tickets may be purchased at the BoatWorks Wednesday 6 pm - 9 pm, Thursday through Saturday 1 pm - 5 pm or by check payable to the Belmar Arts Council at Belmar Arts Council, Belmar Borough Hall, 601 Main St., Belmar, NJ 07719.
